Hand-carved from solid wood by artisans who understood that even a structural piece deserved to be beautiful, this corbel carries an intricate peacock and floral motif — the kind of detail that reveals itself slowly, the more time you spend with it. Mounted now on a custom iron stand, it has found a new life entirely its own. No longer part of a wall, it becomes something closer to sculpture — free-standing, unhurried, quietly commanding whatever surface it rests on.

Place it in an entryway, a library corner, beside a stack of books. It needs very little around it.
