Shipping Policy

Every barefoot.athome piece is packed with care before it leaves our hands. Our goods are handcrafted from marble, brass, wood, and paper mache, so we take extra time to make sure your order arrives intact and ready to live in your home.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods, the processing may take slightly longer, we'll always do our best to get your order out the door quickly and will let you know if there's a delay.

Please note: processing time is separate from transit time. Once your order ships, delivery time is additional.

Shipping Cost & Delivery

Standard Ground Shipping

  • Free shipping on all orders over  $150 within the US

  • Orders under $150, will have standard shipping calculated at checkout.

  • Order pickup from our studio in San Ramon, CA is available for free, please pick the option for Pickup at checkout.

Expedited Shipping

  • Need it faster? Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

  • Cost is calculated based on your location and order weight/size at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout based on your shipping method and location. These are estimates, not guarantees, occasional carrier delays are outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey home.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. If you are located outside the US an and would like to place an order please email us at hello@barefootathome.com and we'll do our best to help. 

Damaged or Lost in Transit

We pack every order carefully, but if your item arrives damaged or your package goes missing in transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) at hello@barefootathome.com with photos where applicable. We'll make it right with a free replacement or refund. See our Return Policy for full details
