Vintage Indian Parat
This is a piece that has already lived a life.
Shaped by hand and worn by decades of daily use in a Rajasthani kitchen, this vintage parat carries 60–80 years of quiet history — smoothed edges, a surface softened by time, grain that tells its own story.
No two are alike. Each one is entirely its own — different in tone, texture, and the particular way the wood has aged. That's the point.
Bring it home as a tray, a resting place for candles or vessels, or simply let it sit and be looked at. It asks for very little and gives a great deal — that particular warmth that only old, well-used things can offer.
Comes in natural and bleach finish. The natural carries the warm, dark grain of teak as it was; the bleach sits lighter, closer to driftwood, for spaces that breathe in neutrals. Both are made to be touched, used, and kept.
